One-tap emergency help for the people who run the operation. Every rider and every store has an SOS in their app — trigger it and LovePH Safety Command sees it instantly, with live location, and coordinates help until it's resolved.

Who has SOS

🛵 Riders

In Rider HQ (the ride-safe tab) — for road accidents, breakdowns, harassment, or feeling unsafe on a run. Location is shared live so help finds them fast.

🏪 Stores & branches

In Operator HQ / Branch HQ / Kitchen HQ — for fire, medical, robbery, or a threat on-site. One tap alerts Safety Command and, silently, nearby riders/supervisors.

How it works

Tap SOSRider or store presses the SOS button and picks the emergency type (or holds for a silent alert).

Safety Command sees itThe alert lands instantly on the 24/7 monitored board with who, what & live GPS location on the map.

Help is coordinatedDispatcher acknowledges, contacts the person, calls emergency services and/or sends the nearest rider/supervisor.

Tracked to resolvedThe response is tracked live to "on scene" and "resolved", then logged for review & follow-up.
